 Bloodborne pathogen training is essential for individuals who may come  into contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials in  their work or daily life.Training is important  Bloodborne pathogens, such as HIV, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C, can  cause serious infections. Training helps individuals understand how  these pathogens are transmitted and how to prevent exposure. 

 Narcan, or naloxone, is a medication used to rapidly reverse opioid overdose. Narcan training equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to  respond quickly to an opioid overdose. Administering Narcan promptly can  reverse the effects of opioids and potentially save a life. 

 EpiPens, or epinephrine auto-injectors, are life-saving devices used to  administer a dose of epinephrine in case of severe allergic reactions,  known as anaphylaxis. Training on how to use EpiPens is essential for  individuals who may be at risk of experiencing or witnessing an  anaphylactic reaction 

 Choking training is important for individuals to learn how to respond  effectively in situations where someone is experiencing a blocked  airway, which can lead to choking.   Training provides individuals with the knowledge and skills to perform  the Heimlich maneuver (abdominal thrusts) or other appropriate  techniques to dislodge an obstructed airway.
